JAMES AND AMANDA ENGAGED

I love James and Amanda! My first call with Amanda revealed we have a lot in common, a love for Northern Michigan being one of them. Her parent’s have a lovely home up north and we decided right away that’s where we’d shoot their engagement session. I was already up north for the weekend for a wedding so it only seemed right to meet with them as well. The first day we had scheduled it rained all day so we moved it to the end of the weekend and we were happily greeted with a stunning summer day. After their session I felt like one of the family, invited into their home where food was prepared in the kitchen and we sat at their table talking for hours like good friends. Those are the moments I love most about my job! I adore getting to know my couples beyond their wedding day and hearing their story about where they’ve come from and where they wish to go together. I cannot WAIT to share this wedding with you…. but since I’m playing catch up on the blog, you’re going to have to!
